I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the concept of “less” is “more.” Fewer words in a subject line drives open rates. Fewer words in a blog post stay with the reader longer. My team’s focused attention on a short list of strategic priorities moves the needle on my company’s growth. The more quickly and efficiently I can evaluate candidates, the more time I can devote to growing my business.
